To hire Dazbus' 16 seater mini bus for a weekend trip to Cornwall surfing starts at cost £70 each. We can arrange surf schools and accomodation or you can just book the transport.
This price includes the return minibus trip from and back to the pick-up point. We can also arrange full packages including 2 nights bed and breakfast in the Whitesands Lodge Hostel in Sennen, and a 2 to 3 hour surfing lesson with one of the top surf schools in the country.
Whitesands Lodge is a wonderful hostel, converted from an old granite farmhouse. The hostel has recently undergone major refurbishment, and alongside the 19 dormitory-style beds, it now boasts 3 Native-American-style teepees, each holding 6 people, for stylish camping with a difference. Teri, Darren, Ben, and the rest of the staff, will really make you feel at home in their hostel, which is just a 10 minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the UK (it's called Whitesands for a reason!) Sennen Cove is one of only six beaches in the whole of Cornwall to attain the blue flag award for its golden sand and clear blue water. An experience not to be missed! Add to this the fact that Sennen boasts the most consistent waves in the country, making it a surfing paradise for all!
The Sennen Surfing Centre, based in Sennen Cove, Cornwall, is an outstanding surf school. They are 1 of only 3 British Surfing Association Level 4 surf schools in the whole country, so rest assured that you will receive tuition of the highest quality. They are able to teach everyone from beginners with no prior surfing experience, to advanced surfers with their own equipment. The surf school provide all the necessary equipment - wetsuit, surfboard, rash vest and suncream!
The Dazbus can cater for groups of up to 16 people. If you are a school, college, university, youth group, Scout group, or simply a group of friends (or indeed any other kind of group - minimum of 8 people) within a 2 hour drive from Oxford, then the Surferbus experience is for you too!
